Anna Metallidou
She graduated from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Faculty of Law and she holds Master Degrees in ”Commercial Law” of University Paris II Pantheon -Assas. Furthermore, she is a certified tax professional, having completed the Professional Diploma in Tax program offered by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and she is also accredited with an Advanced Diploma in Taxation (ADIT) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation in London. She also holds Certificates A1, A2 from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
She is a lawyer, admitted to Athens Bar Association.
She has an extensive background in the Tax & Legal department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Greece as well as in house position in real estate company. Her expertise encompasses diverse projects spanning real estate, hotels, solar energy, gas and electricity power, as well as pharmaceutical companies. She has provided her services to both Greek and international individuals, offering comprehensive assistance in Greek tax compliance and strategic tax planning for their companies.
She is author of several articles regarding Greek VAT jurisprudence in International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) in the Netherlands.
Anna speaks Greek and fluently French and English.
Eleni Kamilari
She is a lawyer, admitted to Athens Bar Association and graduated from the Law School of Athens. She holds a Master’s degree focused in Law and European Integration – Specialization in European Private Law from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
She is an experienced lawyer with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry, real estate due diligence, skilled in Contract Negotiation, Land Law and Banking Law.
Mary Fragkiadaki
Mary Fragiadaki was born in Athens and comes from Crete and Achaia. He is a lawyer before the Court of appeal and a member of the Athens Bar Association. He is a Graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedure – Sector B Private Law of the Law School of the University of Athens, with the title of his thesis “The execution of the decision of injunctive measures according to the Code of Civil Procedure and according to the European Regulations”.
She practises general litigation and advisory law in Athens from the year 2015 until today and deals mainly with civil law cases (with an emphasis on the areas of Real Estate / Real Estate, Inheritance, Debt, Family and Commercial Law). She speaks English and French.
Katerina Varsamou
Catherine is a trainee Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association and a graduate of the
Law School of the University of Athens.
She is involved in real estate law and residence permits for foreign clients.
She speaks Greek, English and French.
Faidon Michail Papadogiannis
Faidon is a trainee Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association and a graduate of the Law School of the European University Cyprus. He is also a member of the Economic Chamber Greece – Athens as a graduate of Public Administration in Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
Faidon is involved in real estate law – management and residence permits for foreign clients.
He speaks Greek, English and French.
Nicholas Grant – Frilingos
Nicholas is a graduate of the Law School of the European University of Cyprus and the Law School of the University of Athens, a member of the Athens Bar Association and holds both a Master’s Degree in Business for Lawyers from the ALBA Graduate Business School, Athens and a Certificate in Cyber Law from the London School of Economics.
He has experience working in Greek and multi-national law firms and in-house in numerous areas including Real Estate Law, Banking Law, Data-Privacy Law and Project Finance in the wind-energy and shipping industries.
Nicholas is a dual Greek-British national, is bilingual in English and Greek at native level proficiency and has a good working knowledge in French.
