Timokleia (Lila) Sergaki

Timokleia (Lila) Sergaki is an Athens lawyer, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1992. She is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens and holds a D.E.A Droit des Affaires master’s degree from the Law School of Toulouse I University, France.

Following the family tradition, she opened her law office in 1994 and has continuously practised law ever since. She specialises in Civil Law, Real Estate Law and Inheritance Law.

In recent years she has been dealing almost exclusively with international clients from all over the world and specialises in buying and managing real estate for international clients. She also deals with the golden visa program for obtaining a residence permit for her clients in Greece through the acquisition of real estate or other investments.

She speaks Greek and excellent English and French.
